A good cappuccino starts with a good espresso

It all starts with the preparation of an espresso, and the first step in this preparation is to grind the coffee.

For the type of bean, I personally prefer a fairly full-bodied Arabica. I grind everything gently, then I start the preparation itself.

I then pour milk into a stainless steel pitcher and head for the milk frother!

Froth your milk with a spout of espresso machine if you don't have an espresso machine, you can also use a milk frother.

Once you have done this, grab your best mug and start by gently pouring your espresso. Then slowly add your frothed milk.

Go for it at first and once the cream starts to appear you can just draw a line to make a great decoration.

Use your imagination to add your personal touch. I personally like to add a little cardamom to the milk.
